Our first destination was in downtown Little Rock, the William J. Clinton Presidential Center. Who would have guessed that there would be so sort of carnival/Memorial Day festival being set up in the parking lot. Asking the security guard at the entrance gained us no knowledge about where we could park. So we wandered about, barely avoiding being hit by a cable car and settling on s street side space a block away that required our walking behind the Democrat-Gazette building to access the Presidential Center.
