We passed by Sevier Lake, which is an "intermittent" lake. On one side there seemed to be some water in it, probably from some recent rain. Once we reached the base of Mount Nebo, we experienced the total opposite from earlier traffic, from not seeing a car for miles to crawling bumper to bumper four lane traffic all the way to our hotel.
