We stayed the night outside Fredericksburg, Virginia, and were back on the road early Saturday morning, apparently early enough to miss the worse of the traffic.  Tish and Jay were less lucky but Meisha and Dave got the worse of it, even resorting to getting off I95 for a while.  Everyone arrived safely.  This is a view from the porch facing away from the ocean, looking on to the gate at the property entrance.
